Vinyasa Yoga

This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health. The steady and continuous flow of postures builds internal heat, which can help to detoxify the body and last but not least, many practitioners also discover reduced stress and improved sleep.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha refers to a set and sequence of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), designed to align skin/muscles/bones and open the many channels of the body so that energy can flow freely. Body and mind awareness with simple yoga moves and postures, gentle, slow and great especially for beginners or those who prefer a more relaxed style.

Express Yoga

45 minutes of a midday yoga class designed to get you in and out, and back to your desk or other daily activities with a clear mind, a positive manner and a strong body. Suitable for active people who want to keep up with a busy work schedule and need to get rid of stress.

Mommy & Me Yoga

This class is for new new mammas who are looking for a peaceful place to relax, rejuvenate, strengthen, workout with their babies and connect with other moms. This 60 minute class will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as other areas of the body (neck, shoulders, back) that now feel the tension of caring a new baby. The perfect way to start getting back in shape and at the same time to eliminate anxiety.
