This class will change your misconception that only professional acrobats can do aerial hoop. This apparatus is for all those who want to try a unique and thrilling work out, by expressing it in an artistic way. You will learn fabulous moves under, in and over the aerial hoop, on static or spinning mode. Your strength, flexibility and agility will increase greatly as this class focuses a lot in conditioning such as pull ups, knee raises, mounts, straddles etc.
All levels (beginner-intermediate-advanced). Leggings, t-shirt, knee pads recommended, no jewelry.

If you have tried or you do aerial yoga, then this class will seem very familiar to you. You will learn how to use the hammocks basically for conditioning with exercises that will help you get stronger from head to toe.
