Pole Dance Beginners

After completing the pole dance intro classes, you are ready to explore your first series of floor work, dance moves and beginner spins, all combined in a beautiful and creative choreography : at that point, you are more than welcome to bring your high heels and surrender to the music and the magic of the pole dance moment.

Shorts, heels and knee pads are recommended, no oil or body lotions, no jewelry.

Pole Gym Beginners

Now that you have a taste of pole dancing, how about start building your strength and transform your body with moves, tricks and spins on the pole that combine physical power and technique ?A whole new world will open up with enjoyable poses such as ‘the chair’, ‘the angel’, ‘the floater’ and exercises such as climbing and basic invert.

Shorts and tank tops are recommended, no oil or body lotions, no jewelry.

Pole Gym Intermediate & Advanced

Take it to the next level with the most challenging and super exciting ‘escape’ from your everyday routine. This pole gym class will make your dream poses and moves come true, with tips and amazing tricks that will improve your skills and master your inversions, hooks etc. Your pole dance moves knowledge will expand (after all who wants to be limited only to ‘superman’, ‘butterfly’ and ‘aisha’) along with your strength – agility – flexibility.

Pole Conditioning

Not only will this class get you in beautiful shape quickly but it will also improve dramatically your skills on the pole, since it is based on exercises involved with the pole. An intense, powerful and pumping work out that will increase your stamina and endurance, resulting in toned muscles, strong core and a beautifully defined physique.
