Flexibility

A class designed not only for those who want to improve their flexibility on the pole poses, but for all those who crave a body bending easily without breaking. Based in yoga and gymnastic moves, this class offers incredible results with effective exercises in a safe way. You will learn a complete range of movements and stretching exercises for upper body, core, legs and glutes, that will gradually make you reach your goal for dreamy splits, straddles, backbends etc.
All levels (beginners-intermediate-advanced).

Leggings, tank tops / t-shirts, knee pads, leg warmers recommended, no jewelry.
